Ampia costruzione a cortina in fregio alla strada tipica dei secoli scorsi che, da fonti non accertate, sembra aver accolto anche un convento di frati. Nel corso dell’ultimo secolo la proprietà è stata frazionata e quindi ristrutturata per trasformarla in unità abitative che hanno stravolto sia l’uso che la tipologia iniziale. Resta però l’impianto tipologico generale delle tipiche costruzioni a corte.
