Lavatoio Dell’ospedaletto

Ospedaletto è una piccola frazione del comune di Valgreghentino posta lungo la vecchia strada Romana che collegava Milano alla Svizzera.I suoi punti di rilievo sono:

1. Lavatoio situato all’ingresso e che ancora oggi è saltuariamente usato dalle donne della frazione per lavare i panni;
2. Cappelletta con le ossa dei morti della peste del 1600;
3. Una chiesetta, non più consacrata, dedicate alla Beata Maria delle Grazie e a S. Antonio da Padova.

Ospedaletto is a small hamlet of the municipality of Valgreghentino, located along the old Roman road that connected Milan to Switzerland.
The most significant spots:

1. Washhouse located at the entrance, which is still used occasionally by the women of the hamlet to wash their clothes;
2. Small chapel with the bones of the plague victims of the XVII century;
3. A small church, no longer consecrated, dedicated to Our Lady of Graces and St. Anthony of Padua.
